Pro version support

It seems the support for his pro version is lacking, there is not even a pro version support option on his website. Perhaps people should give this plugin a miss as there are some faults with it I have found apart from lack of support and communication with his own clients. The help documents for this plugin also leave a lot of question rather than answers.
