Pro version removes Groups on my site

  • I don’t know what else to say. I just bought and downloaded the Pro version and, as soon as I activated it, I did some quick checking around. It turns out that all of my Groups are gone with the Pro plugin activated. When I deactivate it, however, they all come back.

    I tried disabling all of my plugins except for BuddyPress and Pro, but the problem persists – so it doesn’t appear to be a glitch with a different plugin.

    Help!

    I really have no idea why your Groups are disappearing, this is really strange and we’re not able to replicate it here. You are of course eligible for a full refund.
