Pro Version really does not get promised support

We have been waiting over a week for response from the paid support and still have no answer to plugin problems. Today I logged in yet again and now one of our tickets has disappeared (without it being resolved). Here is what we are specifically seeing as issues:

Plugin captcha does not work in Chrome for instance for secure sites (it doesn’t display). Additionally, the auto notifications got turned off as soon as we installed the plugin and we still don’t have an answer to that either.
