PRO version questions

    We downloaded and bought the PRO version.
    As you said in other topics, there should be a SKU option for samples only, we cannot find it. The plugin main page has only 5 fields, among them nothing recall the feature above.
    Where is it?

    How to use the “Exclude products” field? Firstly, it’s really uncomfortable to use and anyway how do we understand which procucts are excluded? In a marketplace there can be hundreds of them.

    Let me know quickly, otherwive we ask for refund by Paypal.

    For everyone else, I have archived all of the replies. The author’s know they cannot have these conversations here and can get into real trouble for continuing that.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
