    I contacted support for the paid plugin via the official form 10 days ago and haven’t gotten any answer yet (nor email confirmation that the form was submitted/received). I bought the pro version of the plugin (client: #CH_1IVFOYHAIMOBIUEQL0DRJKFF) and connected my instagram account but no images ever showed up in the “Instagram media” section of the plugin settings on wp. All I get is the mention “No images found”. My instagram account appears as connected in the “instagram settings” section and I can see from my Instagram that Intagrate is well authorized. I disconnected/reconnected the account several times, tried from different browsers and deactivated all my other plugins one by one in case that might be the issue, to no avail.
    Could I get support on this? How long does it usually take for a reply?

    Hi! Thanks for getting back to me! When I try writing through the https://intagrate.io/contact form I get a “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later” (been trying for about fifteen minutes). I just resent you a message through the support ticket form in case it might work this time (I got a “Thanks! Your support ticket has been successfully submitted.” like last time — but no confirmation email).
