Pro version of the plugin cannot be activated

    Hi, I cannot activate the PRO version of the plugin – this error appears (see below) – “fatal error when activating the plugin”:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare lwp_cfdb_check_upgrade_callback() (previously declared in /var/www/clients/client5/web60/web/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-db-divi/index.php:88) in?/var/www/clients/client5/web60/web/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-db-divi-premium/index.php?on line?95

    Please let me know what to do to get this work.

    I have the latest version of the plugin.

    Hi,

    This error seems to be caused because you have the free plugin already active and try to upload the trial or pro version of the plugin.

    Please deactivate the free plugin and then upload the Pro version and activate it.

    Let me know how it goes.

    ok, thanks. If I do what you describe, will not I loose the data from the form submissions that are already stored in the database?

    Glad to know everything is working fine now.

    Deactivating or deleting the plugin does not remove the data from the database.
