    Issue I sent to Grand WP support:
    Hello, pro version is not working. I′m using WP 5.1.1, with Divi theme and divi builder, all latest update.
    In GrandWP gallery views/style tab the save setting button is not working. Please fix this for me promptly or send me my money back.

    How can I get my money back, if noone is there to fix this bug? Any idea anyone?

  • Yep I’ve emailed them twice in the last 3 weeks no response. Feel like I got ripped off on my very first plug-in purchase. Buyer BEWARE

    4 days from your response above, about 10 days from my first bug report and there is still no answer in my e-mail. I have checked, believe me.
    As I really could’t wait any longer, I was forced to find other solution. Please, send me my money back.

    Just an update for those who run across this thread. @grandwp responded to me quickly after they figured out my messages went to their spam folder and we are working out the problem I am experiencing. I now don’t feel like I’ve been ripped off. They have been responsive and helpful. @maruspondeli I hope you get your problem resolved too.

    I′ve send an E-Mail 2 times to the support. The button save settings is not working. I′ve disabled other plugins – no success.
    No anser from support (payed for the pro-version!)

    This plugin developer is a total ripoff!

    I had the same problem.

    Waited about 2 weeks with no reply then they respond with their usual “We e-mailed you a day after we received your request. It must have gotten lost or please check your junk e-mail folder…”.

    Read through the thread and you’ll see they respond in the same way to other’s having issues.

    Gave up on them. They got my $40.00 so I’m sure they’re happy now.
