Pro version not working as designed

Out-of-the-box this plugin is not. I am spending too much time troubleshooting this plugin since upgrading to the pro version. Two critical issues, 1. Modal doesn’t work anymore, and dequeue Bootstrap JS breaks the Add gift wrap link event. 2. I use several gift wrap styles and would like the gift wrap products to render left-to-right-and-down, but they just render in one vertical column. If the user chooses the third gift wrap style, as soon as the user enters text in the note text box the gift wrap option changes its selection to the first option every time something is typed in the text box. Documentation needs to be more thorough. Please try and provide more details on how to use this plugin without becoming a weekend programmer.
