not working

    I downloaded the free and the PRO version. Have both of them installed.
    Created a new app in Facebook. Put the details in the plugins. It authenticated me.
    But it is not pulling in either any new comments or any old ones.

    What could I be missing?

    Is there a button somewhere where I can force a pull and see if something happens? How often does the cron job run? Do I need to give it some more time?

    There is a manual import available.
    Cron runs every hour.

    Please try the manual import and let me know the results.

    IF it still doesnt work, please send WP logins to [email protected] and we’ll have a look.

    Where is the manual import option? I am probably missing something…

    Currently, if I press the “FB Comments Importer” (on the left panel in my wordpress page), it opens up the page with the green box “Configuration” etch. and below un the table for Latest Posts, there are no entries.

    If I press the “FB Comments Importer Pro”, it gives me the “Setup Plugin…” page with the last box asking to Authorize.

    I have tried setting up multiple times.

    And if I go to the post page itself (in edit mode), there is no button or anything to manually pull it in. I am obviously missing something…. what is it?

    you probably didnt set the FB app correctly.

    Please follow these steps (for PRO version):

    Once you see the latest posts list, there will be an “import” button next to each post.
