PRO version not recommending

  • We paid $119.00 for the 6.1.0 version of the plugin but it doesn’t work and causes a fatal error, but the worst is that no one responds to our tickets, we are losing customers since Meta shopping is down for this reason. We want to withdraw the payment and ask for a full refund.

    Don’t buy it.

    Sorry for the inconvenience that we may have caused you. But, we replied to your ticket the same day you created it. Here you can see we have replied to your ticket on Jan 6, 2023. But we are not sure if you have checked your email or not.

    However, if it’s not in your inbox, then please, have a look at the spam folder though, there is no reason our email could end up in the spam folder.

    Now about the error:

    If you are getting an error with the message “Cannot redeclare ctx_feed_v5_autoloader()” then you must have kept the free version active while activating the pro plugin. To avoid this error, please, deactivate the free version first and then activate the pro plugin.

    I don’t understand it. Do we need to deactivate the free version first than activate the pro version

    OR

    Do we need to activate the pro version while the free version still active.

    And than disable the free version after activating the pro version

    The review is quite old, and we have released more than 20 new versions during this period, and those issues have been resolved.

    Now, the free version will be automatically deactivated when the pro version is installed.

    The answer was a little bit confusing. I need to ask it. Thank you I have one more question I already asked it in here and in your contact form.

    When we rempve the plugin will the data in mysql created by the plugin will also deleted.
