Pro version not received

  • I have paid money to you bank account for pro version and referenced my order id and have written to support but no one replies from contact us form not have I received plugin download files.

    EITHER REFUND MY MONEY OR GIVE ME THE DOWNLOAD FILES.

    Received the plugin now.
