Pro version not generating

    Hello ??

    The image generation is not working. I tried different sources (Google scraping, DALLe, Pixabay) and none of them generates the image.

    In the post, when I hit the generation button in the featured image, it just do nothing.

    When generating from the post list, redirects me to the bulk generation page and ens saying “failed”.

    I see that the logs are not showing any information that can help me to fix it ??

    Other things I tried:

    • Disable all plugins and switch to other Themes
    • Create new posts and the issue is the same
    • Check PHP errors, not seeing anything related to MPT
    • Use proxies, but result is the same

    Hi prototypeix,

    Thanks for your purchase and sorry to hear you are having a problem with the Pro version.

    What are your settings (Automatic tab)? Maybe there is a setting that avoids getting the results, especially “Based on”.

    Also, what is your web hosting ? Is it Banahosting ? because it seems there are some problems especially with this hosting.

    Yes, I run this site on Banahosting. But we run other sites in my community on this hosting and never had this problem. If there’s a problem with this, is it identified? So I can reach the support team to change anything ??

    Ok ! Nothing special with your settings, it should work.

    But the Banahosting hosting seems to have problems with queries, they seem to be blocked or very limited. I don’t know why some people have no problem with this hosting and some others have problems with this hosting. Unfortunately, I don’t have any solution for this problem except to use another hosting.

    If you can’t find a solution (like changing the hosting), I can suggest you to refund the plugin if the purchase is recent (send a mail to support if you want to do).
