Pro Version is unusable on my site

Firstly I do like elementor. The basic free version. This review concerns their Pro version.

The problem is I’m stuck using the basic version despite having bought the Pro version. Everytime I activate it, any page with a Pro element in it stops working. The pages won’t display.

I’ve contacted support. They suggested disabling plugins to find the culprit. I did that. I got down to only Elementor and Elementor Pro before I managed to find the culprit. It was Elementor Pro.

I’ve asked if there is a known issue like this but no answer to that question.

Apparently I can’t get a refund either so I’m left with something that is unusable despite having paid for it. My guess is it’s either WordPress itself or some aspect of the server environment along with Elementor Pro needing more memory or something. However support hasn’t been able to confirm or deny that issues like that happen. The only solution I’ve found is to not use Elementor Pro.

It would be nice if they helped me fix it.
