Pro Version Installation

    Having used the free version of Team Members, I have just tried to install the Pro version and I am now unable to log in to my wp-admin page; I get a message that the website cannot display the page – it appears as though it can’t ‘see’ the wp-login.php file.

    The site itself is still available when I go to the site URL; I just can’t get into the admin page. Could you please advise whether this is a known issue and what I could do to rectify it?

    I have emailed [email protected] yesterday about this but I have just received an ‘undeliverable’ email message back so I wondered if Donnie could reply via this forum.

    Never heard of this problem. What if you remove the plugin from the folder? Still can’t log into your admin panel? Did you have the same problem with the Free version?

    I’m afraid I can’t get on to your forums at work – there is something stopping it on our firewall, so I will have to contact you via this until we can get the firewall problem resolved, I’m afraid.

    We have managed to find what the problem was with the installation by activating debugging on the site. It seems that there is a declaration in one of the PHP files in your pro plugin that has the same name in 2 places. We amended this and the login page then appeared.

    I now have the Pro plugin installed, but for some reason it isn’t showing the images of the people when I preview the team in a post. The settings I am using are Three Members per line, Rounded Pictures, tried both enabling and grey borders, tried floating at top and inside the box, classic filter and 3 pixel border.

    Do you have any idea what I could do to make the pictures appear?

    No problem for the forum, here is good too. I’ll check everyday.

    I tried reproducing your issue on my local WordPress install with no success. I don’t know why it is throwing an PHP error. I’m glad you got it to work again.

    Do you have a link to your team page? I need to see it before I can help you. I don’t know what’s causing the problem yet. If you don’t want to post it here on WordPress you can send it to me ([email protected]).

    Thanks for your reply. Due to the firewall issues, I can’t get emails to you either.

    Unfortunately, it’s a corporate intranet, so I can’t give you a link to it. I’ll have a play with it and see if I can get it to work and let you know.
