PRO version has many great features, but just too clumsy to use

What is the issue you are facing? Why you haven’t contacted me to get support? It has a lot of features and also a lot of ressources to support the use of these features. Would you prefer a basic system without any added value feature?

Lots of issues — I sought support on some user groups but I could not solve some of my formatting issues. it is a great plugin that I can see will be useful for many people, but just not for me. Here are 3 of the most pressing issues we faced with the plugin:

1) On the Author Page Template, the tickets show up as Posts for a user. They should not show up.

2) We must have frontend ability to have users upload attachments, since we are using this together with WPUF plugin. Frontend attachment upload is not possible right now — only backend uploads are possible, correct?

3) We need to remove the Export and Filter buttons and we need to remove the User details and Ticket details info without adjusting the core plugin. Basically we need a simple frontend that still has all the good backend WATS has built-in.

1/ This is your stance… Other are happy to see these there. If you want to filter these out, it could easily be done. Just contact me and I will provide sample code for it.

2/ Wrong, see extend page on https://www.ticket-system.net, you have all détails about plugins to enable frontend upload.

3/ Can easily be done by adding CSS display:none properties or by filtering out the html code through the hooks.

I am a bit surprised. I was expecting some bugs or things like that. It is just a matter of configuration and CSS customization.

You need to understand that WATS comes out of the box with a lot of features, supposed to work “well” for most of the installations by default. There are already a lot of options so I can’t put options for everything, it would become a mess to configure. When you need custom things like that, just contact me and I provide guidance on how to achieve this, it usually doesn’t take a lot of time to be completed.

In the light of the recent clarifications I have provided, I guess it would be fair for you to adjust your rating and comments on WATS as he does what you expect it to do…

I did try to add more stars but it seems not possible. Suggestions on how to do that?

We installed nMedia plugin for frontend upload but the forms do not appear. Ideas how that should work?
