Pro Version — Great support and powerful plugin

We bought the Pro version and use Formidable (and the PayPal add-on) on several sites now. We replaced Visual Form Builder.
This is a very powerful plugin. The capabilities provided for formatting forms, creating conditional logic, doing calculations from other form elements, and using the many filter hooks are in combination outstanding. A very powerful and flexible plugin that we are very happy with.
There are a couple of features missing compared to VFB that require extra work to do with filter hooks, that should be built into the plugin itself. Maybe in a future release. But they are not major enough to change our mind about this being a 5-star plugin.
And last but not least: We have received outstanding support! Twice we ran into questions or problems and twice we received very good and very prompt support. One problem was mine, one was theirs, but in both cases, the support was just great.
We are quite pleased and will definitely continue using Formidable Forms and are happy to recommend it.
