Pro version doesn’t work, support answers in 2 days, AND NO REFUND

I’ve bought the plugin Gold version and it just doesn’t work. I asked for refund in 15 minutes after the purchase and they refused. They don’t refund, it’s their policy. And their support answered me more than in 2 days(((.

Just think of it: priority support of a paid backup plugin answers in 2 days. So, if something happens with your website, it’s possible that your website will be down more than 2 days with such support.

Meanwhile their paid options are the same as free options of the best plugins on the market: UpDrafPlus and BackWPUp. This plugins works perfect with my website. And they are free.

I am so stupid that I bought this plugin. I should have researched more thoroughly.

I don’t recommend this plugin. No sense, you can get the same or better quality free.
