• If I could give this 0 stars, I would, simply for the fact that Tech Banker refuse to support the Pro version.

    They will not acknowledge support emails or posts in their own forum after a problem with their licensing system rendered the plugin useless. In 2 days, I have had 1 reply which didn’t come close to solving the issue, and since then nothing.

    It is the worst support of any commercial plugin I’ve ever known.

    I’ve asked for a refund, but no doubt they’ll ignore that as well. Avoid these clowns and choose another gallery.

    Hi,

    Firstly, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    Secondly, we would request to please post anything regarding pro version at our forums and not here.

    This is the forum for only WordPress Standard Editions. And this against the rules of wordpress to post queries regarding paid products here.

    Thirdly, we did send emails to regularly and have delivery receipts for each of our emails sent and delivered.

    We even personally called at your Mobile and you were not interested anymore in solving the issue.

    We still regret, that you faced problems.

    Forum moderators discourage commercial support to be provided on these forums, so the plugin author may not be able to help you out here.

    @gallery-bank, For clarification can you provide a link to your support section?

    This review doesn’t reflect the plugin it represents, however since the commercial plugin is advertised on it I will leave this review up.
