Pro version and support absolutely worthless

  • Product works great both free and paid versions and goes a long way towards bringing together separate sections of your site into the buddypress profiles giving a more seamless feel to the user side

    I’m sorry for your frustration. I have not received any support tickets. I have no open tickets in my query. I also try to answer every ticket within 24h. If your ticket get lost for some reason I’m sorry for your trouble.

    Even that we work hard to make everyone served well and a happy customer situations like this happens. I believe you that you feel lost and badly treated. I kindly ask you to create a new ticket so we can solve your issue together.

    We have switched our shop from self hosted to freemius for several reasons. But we have communicated this. We grandfather in all old customers and your old license should work just fine.
