    HI,

    I’ve got the download zip file for the Pro version of FE.

    Do I need to disable the free version before installing the pro file via add new plugin?

    Also when installed will it keep my current settings?

    Here support only for the Free version of the plugin.

    The link is a little confusing – I’d hoped it was a link to a Pro Support forum.

    What does “If you use PRO version, please write your support requests in the comments section of the page, where you purchased PRO.
    And please write from the account, where you paid.
    This is support forum for the Free version of the plugin only.” mean?

    Actually need some help but I can’t see a dedicated FE Pro forum?

    I’ve installed pro. Main shop page works fine. Other pages i.e when displaying items with a certain category or attribute (/product-category/fragrance/for-her/) also shows the default/full filter. I’d like the filter to only show the values in relation to the page, i.e on the “for -her” page the filter should not show “for men” as options.

    Please let me know how and where to access help – the above link is closed and also confusing!

    Hi @itsmefti

    If you purchased it in CodeCanyon you can go to the plugin page (where you can purchase) and click the comments section, there you can write your request. The request in the comments section should be posted from the account where the plugin was purchased.

    For example, you have 10 different accounts and you purchased it only on account number 2, so you need to write a request in the comments section from account number 2, not number 1 or any other ones.

    We cannot send any links to that, as it will be like advertising a commercial product, and it is not allowed by forum guidelines.
