Pro version 3.5.1 WP 4.2.2 not working

  • Clean WP-install.
    No other plugins.
    When installing Dynamic Feature Image 3.5.1 the option for extra featured images shows.
    When then installing (the so called) “PRO” version “Dynamic Featured Image Settings” the options for extra featured image goes away.
    When inactivating “Dynamic Featured Image Settings” the option comes back.

    Regenerated this, and reinstalled the plugins in different orders, enough times to make the following statement:

    Don′t through away your money and time on this plugin if running WP 4.2.2. With other WP versions I can′t tell.

    Can not find the promised PRO-support anywhere, authors support-page not working, no answers from “sales”, no way of getting a new “pro”-version download link…

    Instead – annoying ads for WooCommerce in my mail…

    Hi Ollieg,

    Sorry to know that you are having issue with the plugin. Can you tell me where you started the support ticket? I can’t find any support ticket in the premium/free forum and haven’t got any mail regarding this.

    When then installing (the so called) “PRO” version “Dynamic Featured Image Settings” the options for extra featured image goes away.

    Go to DFI Settings > DFI Settings in your admin area. This page will display the list of all available custom post types where you can choose to allow or block dynamic featured image. Choose where you would like to show featured image box and save the options. You will get the featured images boxes back.
