Hi there, I’ve purchased Matchpress but cant seem to use your support forums as my envato account doesn’t have any of your products.

I’ve tried installing & setting up but had to roll back.

I have a custom made directory which id like to keep for all my members.

Is it possible to create a new members directory just for MatchPress? as ideally i would only like my paying members to be able to use MatchPress as an extra feature.

So to use MatchPress, currently, tries to override my directory but ideally a new directory for MatchPress would be amazing, if you could support me would be amazing.

Any support for a pro version member?

Thanks for the reply.

I’ve managed to register, but still wont let me post on forums. Saying my purchase code is invalid – I’ve noticed that on my profile it serperates some of the license in dashes
