• Hello, really nice plugin, but where is the PRO Version of this plugin? I want to buy it to unlock all settings like: When somebody create a ticket, so i will be notified etc.

    One thing make not sense: When user create a new ticket, then the user will be notified (Ticket successful created) but the Admin will not get notified! So how i can know, when a new ticket is created? I know, i can see in the dashboard, but i am not every day online! Can i buy the pro version or can you add this small thing in the Messages as E-Mail template? I can donate for this function… Man i thought this was the perfect plugin, its near to be… Please help ?? Thanks
