    I’ve been trying to get support as a pro user through…

    1. email I have from past conversations
    2. the one published on the site
    3. the contact form on the site.

    I have tried from several email addresses to make sure it wasn’t a block/spam issue on either side.
    Is this plugin no longer supported or updated?

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
