Pro Thumbnail Grid stuck in one column

    Hello,

    I’ve seen a few threads like this but nothing recent. I’m using Nextgen Gallery Pro and my default gallery setting for the pro thumbnail grid is 3 columns but my galleries are still showing as single column even if I set 3 columns in the shortcode generator. Basic thumbnail grid is working, seems to only be the pro one.

    I’m using Avada theme and I’ve already re-installed both the basic and pro Nextgen plugin, cleared all browser cache, deactivated all plugins and tried 2019 WP theme – nothing works.

    Please help!
