Pro Tabs and custom forms

    Hi

    I am currently using the ultimate member and free tab add on. I have made some custom tabs.
    I would like to create some extra custom forms and then put the shortcode of the form in those custom tabs.
    I have followed the guide to do this however the custom tabs show but the forms do not. Will i have to install the tab Pro plugin to have the custom forms show up on the custom tabs?
