Pro Support lacking

EDIT: I have updated my rating based on the resolution of the most recent support ticket being resolved.
My original review as follows: If you are considering upgrading to get Pro support, don’t. There is no Pro support. You will spend hours explaining and re-explaining issues. Support do not read support requests or properly assess screen casts. You will spend a LOT of time waiting for a reply to your support ticket. When the reply does come, the quality of the reply is lacking. There will be a back an forth with days taken to reply to threads. Issues will remain unresolved for months while the ticket is ‘referred to the technical team to fix’. You will then waste weeks migrating to another platform you should have used in the first place.
I will happily change my rating should the support improve and plugin issues are fixed.
