Pro Support is Slow and Unhelpful

    We are working hard to provide good quality product, and giving us a 1 star rating is clearly not justified here. We would be grateful if you could change your opinion.

    I find this review very unfair, the author of the plugin claims to have responded in 3 hours. That is very fast. In other plugins you have to wait at least 24 hours to get support.

    Support is awesome compared to other plugins/ themes etc. This is not true.
