    Hello, is it possible to speak to someone from the suport who can understand the questions asked, please?

    I have full calendar and the style is fluent, why is the field for categories not showing in search bar? In the shortcode for full calendar, the setting for the category field is set for multiselect. But it is not showing.

    But if I choose the clasic style, then the field for categories in the search bar is there. Even if it doesn’t give me a logical reason, am I to understand that this is normal plugin behavior? Logically, I would expect some consistent behavior. Is this the default behavior, that when I change the style (clasic – fluent), the category either disappears or appears?

    I understand that I can insert the shortcode for the search bar anywhere, but the shortcode for the full calender already includes the search bar, it just doesn’t show the category box.

    I have put a separate search bar on one page as a test. The inconsistency mentioned above was again apparent. I have everything turned on, but here again it is not possible to display the city or zip code.

    And the best part is that if I use a separate shorcode for search bar and full calendar in one page, then if I turn off search bar in full calendar shortcode, the reset button disappears because the shorcode for search bar doesnt have reset button option. Is this really the default behavior of the plugin, or do I have some kind of multilayered issue?`

    I was told that it was a multilayered issue by chat support, but they couldn’t do anything more about it. Email support is stuck, not answering questions, and I’ve gotten the same answer several times now:

    I would be grateful if someone who is responsible for support could contact me.

    This plugin looks to be great, and I have the PRO version, but right in the beginning I encountered a few problems. The problem though is that support doesn’t understand the issues. Literally.

    List of bugs:
    1. In the full calendar shortcode/fluent the filter in the search bar for state, city, region, street, zip code does not work.

    2. in full calendar / classic style – this warning is shoving up:
    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/clients/42c0347e91f0163ed14f232c2ce0e273/sites/sofiasocial.life/wp-content/plugins/mec-advanced-map/core/ui/ui.php on line 178

    The chat is not working either, I am trying to address this, but it fug so that after waiting for hours on an open chat, someone calls…. and then they hang up, or what often happens, the chat stops working. Probably a change of service.

    Can you approximately determine when this will be fixed, because you write not about future update, but about future updates.

    I have reported the issue to our dev team yesterday but I can give you an ETA for the fix.
    
    Please check this page as an instance you can achieve this search option for the full calendar fluent style.

    NOTE: To prevent misunderstanding please ask your questions one by one(set a number for them) and then just tell what do you need with no explanation.

    I have clearly stated what the specific issues are. You did not answer the questions. AGAIN! The only response I received was that there is

    Only, for one thing, that's not the only bug I mentioned, but you don't reflect on it at all.
    
    And when will it be fixed? In weeks, months?
    
    And how can it even be fixed when you don't know what's causing it?

    This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
    I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
