pro support

  • hello,

    can I know why there is no answer for a pro support issue

    more than six days ago I sent the pro support ticket and no answer until now

    yesterday I sent a message during a live chat on general website also no answer!!!!!!!!!!!???????????

    You won’t get an answer here, please don’t ask. The no one can support customers on this site as that is not permitted.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
