    Thank you for your qustion – in general yes, sure. You can use single plugin license on your end-product?site and on its dev copy.

    But I’m afrad such questions should not be asked here and forum moderator can lock this thread. For all questions about PRO versoin you can use page on CodeCanyon and its comments section.
