    Either fix the website so I can contact support and submit a ticket about problems with installing this 2.8.3 update or refund the remainder of my license. I am done screwing with these problems.

    It like dealing windows 10 problems with this 2.8.3 update. Could not update thru the dashboard. So per your update instructions I deleted the plugin and tried to load the zip file. WP says select a file after I selected the file.

    Tried to ftp it up and got a critical error from WP 5.2.3

    Like I said like dealing with win 10 updates.

    Well after finally geting 2.8.3 ftp up I saw 2.8.4 was available. And gloriosky, the update process worked thru WP just like it was supposed to this time.

    So I will close out this thread.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
