    Do we really have to pay $29 every 6 months to use the pro version of this plugin? Or is the 6mo part of the pricing for support only?

    The 6-months subscription includes Both Updates and Support for the PRO version. After 6 months, you may subscribe when you need access to updates and support.

    It is complete optional. The pricing is for support and updates only.
    The PRO version will continue to work even after the expiry of the subscription. And you can use it forever.
    Only that you will lose access to support and updates after the expiry of the subscription.
