Pro plugin – Show reactions on dynamic post listing titles

We need you help on multiple things:

1- We have purchased the pro plugin and we tried using the shortcode generator as we wanted the post cards to show reactions (so people can react to posts before opening them) and then when they open them it will be the same reaction.

What happened is: if you add a short code to elementor loop then the result will be the same reactions on all posts. if you checked the link we sent, there is a star review and if you review from out side the post then the same review will be inside the post and this is exactly what we want with the reactions.

2- another thing is as we’ve purchased the plugin using this email [email protected] we tried your reset your passowrd form to reset our pwd in order to open a ticket but the form is not sending the email (and we’ve checked span and junk and inbox)
