Pro Plugin Problem

    I went ahead and purchased the pro version. I didnt get a confirmation email, just a payment confirmation on the website. I checked that I used the correct email address. I dont know where im supposed to download the plugin from and my payment is marked as ‘pending’ although I paid straight from the balance (paypal).

    I have no where else to ask this so Im writing it here, please advise.

    @dan14, I replied to your email about this matter. Your payment was flagged by PayPal for some reason and it’s under investigation. Since it’s on held and not completed, you didn’t get an email with the download link. I’ve mentioned more about it in my reply.

    PS: This support thread is for the Lite version of the plugin only. Please contact me on private by opening a support ticket whenever you have an issue with the Pro version. Looking forward to having this issue solved so you can get access to the premium plugin as soon as possible. Thanks for your purchase!
