• I purchased the pro plugin but it was not working properly so I contacted support. When they didnt reply I contacted them agian but no reply again.

    Aparently my support email was lost but in any case after posting a review I received support. The plugin now works as expected.

    This isn’t accurate. As the developer of the plugin, I personally reply to all questions. I have not gotten anything from you that I know of. In what manner did you send your support request (forum in the plugin, contact form in the plugin, contact form on my site, etc)?

    Perhaps my reply to your support request for the Pro version was lost in spam. If you can post the question on the support forum built into the Pro version of the plugin under the Forum tab, I’d be happy to answer it.
