Pro Plugin not working – I am now free user?

Hi all,
I bought the pro version (but do not seem to have received a username or anything like that from The Events Calendar and so therefore cannot submit a ticket to them). My WordPress Plugins say that my Pro version is active, yet on my dashboard it says that I need to upgrade and I cannot access my features to the pro version, while it was fine a few days ago. I was told there was some update that caused this to happen but there is no conflict with the update. I really need help since all my pro features were lost and I don’t know who to ask or how to get help. Much appreciated!
