    I had the old version and transitioned (by paying yearly) to the new pro version.

    Before my upgrade I asked the support if there are any problems:

    – Will they be able to help
    – Are they willing to refund me if it’s not working well.

    After the update I lost quantities in all my old recipes + the recipe show double – as usual AND in the footer.

    The solution to the support was to deactivate the footer plugin without asking me.

    Then they said it will be forwarded to the dev team and since then we lost communication – probably 2 weeks since our last email.

    Sorry, but super disappointed
