pro plugin not working

    I purchased the pro plugin license and it is not working. The plugin was set up to sell ERC20 token product on polygon mainnet. I created an order and made the payment with MATIC. The payment went through, but my order status kept as ‘on hold’. There is no transaction of my product token out of the address configured.

    Does anyone know how this order automation work?

    DO you offer configuration and set up for the plug in? And does this give us any access to some type of smart contracts ? When minting with the plug in are the options there already to add in the stipulations of the contract? I am about to sign up for it I have another one of your products and love it but not a dev sort of speak and wanted to see if I am getting in over my head
