Pro plugin not displaying properly

  • I have selected side panel in the single view and it doesn’t show all the team members in this way. It randomly shows a couple full width. I tried using the widget and short code and it doesn’t make a difference. I have tried with twenty seventeen with no plugins and the same thing happens.
    I have requested a repky on my account on the pro page and you have not answered. As I purchased the plugn and the client likes how it lookd I need an answer quickly as they want their site to go live and this plugin is holding things up.
