    Hi All –

    My Pro ROP plugin has deactivated – (In order to benefit from updates and support for Revive Old Posts Pro Add-on plugin, please add your license code from your purchase history and validate it here.)

    I’ve purchased the annual subscription again this year but can’t seem to get a response from support on how to re-activate my Pro plugin.

    I also don’t show the anything under ‘managed site’ but do show my purchase under items.

    I’ve sent two emails from the Support page as an active subscriber but it’s been weeks with no response from Support.

    Appreciate if anyone can post a link or suggest a solution.

    Hi Greg, thats strange, we have no ticket from you about that, it might be a situation where we replied and you never got the response, so please check your Spam/Junk mail for any message from us.

    If you still get no response then from your mail client please send a ticket to [email protected]

    I’ve worked with you several times over the past few years and have always had a timely response and resolution. I appreciate that Thank you.

    I’ll attempt the links above as the form on the site left me wondering if Support was backlogged and so I waited…

    Thanks again for the response. Glad to know I can move forward to get the issue resolved.
