PRO plugin error

Hi there.

I purchased the PRO plugin and get the following error with activation.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare eeSFL_Setup() (previously declared in …../public_html/shared/wp-content/plugins/simple-file-list/ee-simple-file-list.php:65) in …../public_html/shared/wp-content/plugins/ee-simple-file-list-pro/ee-simple-file-list-pro.php on line 116

I changed themes, same error.
I de-activated other plugins, still the same error.
