Pro plugin does not activate and gives several serious errors

  • I just purchased the plugin this morning and it has still been impossible for me to implement because it causes several serious errors and does not connect to the API server.

    The errors are:

    gzuncompress(): data error
    wp-content/plugins/mycryptocheckout/vendor/mycryptocheckout/api/src/v2/Account.php:47

    Invalid argument supplied for foreach()
    wp-content/plugins/mycryptocheckout/src/currencies_trait.php:48

    Please I need help with this as soon as possible.

    I take it you purchased a license without testing the plugin first? Because this error is not related to the plugin being licensed or not: it’s a fault related to your webserver blocking communications from the MCC API server.

    If you e-mail us the name of your domain we can check out logs and then tell you that your webserver / webhost / firewall is blocking our API from contacting your webshop.

    Yes I have the license, as you may have read at the beginning of my message “I have purchased the plugin”.

    Can you specify some more information so I can comment with my server support?

    Ask them to unblock POST requests from api.mycryptocheckout.com

    It’s usually either a plugin or firewall that is blocking us. After that MCC starts working.

    This seems to be solved. But I have another problem.
    If my store has the prices in Euro €, how do I configure the exchange rate to default to USD?
