Pro Lightbox does not close in Opera

  • Since the first NGG Pro version I haven’t been able to close Pro Lightbox image displays using Opera 12.16 (latest release) on my local site running on Windows/Wampserver. The image will disappear but the background black “curtain” hangs on for ever.

    I thought this is a local setup problem, but today after upgrading one site to NGG 2.0.17 I realised the same problem still appears on live websites using Opera. Other latest browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE10) I tested close Pro Lightbox properly.

    @vesat: this is only on Opera and no other browsers? I have to say we don’t do our internal testing on Opera, so we’ll check this. Thanks for the heads up.

    @photocrati: yes, only on Opera – and currently I’ve only got version 12.16 installed.
    Other browsers I’ve tried (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari) Lightbox Pro closes properly. Opera is currently the 5th most used browser at my personal site after the ones above (those listed from 1st to 4th based on use).
