pro Lightbox Close Button

I use Elegant Themes’s Gleam theme for my site. I have been using it with NextGen (non-pro) for over a year with no issues. I just bought the Pro version as I want the Pro Lightbox.
The issue I have is when the close button for the light box is clicked the URL does not go back to the original URL.
EX:
I bring up a gallery’s thumbs and the URL is as below. No issues there.
https://mmphotony.com/mmp/alicia-adam-wedding-pictures/Click a thumb and the lightbox opens and works as expected. The URL changes to below.
https://mmphotony.com/mmp/alicia-adam-wedding-pictures/#gallery/2886/1949/0I click the close button and the Lightbox closes and the URL returns to what you see below.
https://mmphotony.com/mmp/alicia-adam-wedding-pictures/#galleryThe ‘Router slug’ #gallery is left. That screws up the rest of the site until you exit and go back in.
Is there a way to get the URL to return to the original?
