Pro license won't validate

I paid for the pro version and when I went live with the site, the license broke even though the domain didn’t change. The license reset page from W3 Edge doesn’t work, nobody answers their web contact form, any of the direct emails I’ve sent them, or the phone.
Has anyone run into this issue or fixed it?
Has anyone ever made successful contact with W3 Edge?
