Pro license

  • I am currently testing your plugin on a test site of ours. I think your pro option gives me the functionality I want (user registration for some events) but I want to test it on this site also. My questions are

    1. If pro doesn’t provide the functionality I need can I get a refund?
    2. Can I uninstall it from my test site and install it on the live site with the same license? It will only be used on one site.

    1) Refunds are usually only given if the plug-in does not work as intended, but otherwise its discretionary. What functionality is it that you require?

    2) Test / development and live sites are considered one and the same site for the sake of support, however, the license key can only be used on particular instance. You can deregister the key from your account page and re-use it should you wish to move the key from a staging site to your live site.

    Alternatively, if you have you own deployment process you can simply use the key key on your staging site and push changes to your live site, which wouldn’t then need the key.
