Pro licence not being validated

I purchased the Event Single Page Builder Pro licence. But when I try to enter it to the plugin licence field, it’s saying that

License Verification Status:  ?  License is not verified yet! Your purchase key has been expired. Click Here To Renew

Developer’s Support Validity Status:? ? ? N/A
