• Thank you for the plugin – it’s a lifesaver.

Sorry I’ve not been able to get responses through support.

Scheduled Facebook posting is not working since the recent update – all posts publish immediately to FB.

    1) Set a Facebook post to publish at a time in the future.
    2) Hit publish. Post will immediately publish to Facebook.

All authorisations are working fine. Twitter and other “future scheduled” networks are also working fine.

Can I see more log entries? (Starting from the “[*** ID: 120, Type: post]- Status Changed: future_to_publish. Autopost requested.”)” line.)

@nextscripts Your only reply to these should be as follows.

Hi! We can’t support or reply to you here about your payment! We would get into deep poo if we did that. You see, only volunteer support for users of the free opensource version is permitted here.

If we did support customers here, that would be grossly unfair to the large amount of plugin authors who do follow that correctly.

You don’t want us to get into poo, do you? Please contact us on our site, OKAY?

You may want to modify the exact verbiage but you get my point, right? If you don’t feel free to ask in the #forums channel on Slack. I am sure any moderator that’s online will be able to explain it to you.

@nextscripts Also as this has come up before, your account is now on moderation watch. Moderators will have to approve your replies and notifications when you reply will not go out.

Really, you need to start sending your paid customers to your site that or consider your options for hosting your plugin somewhere else.
