    Hello!

    I am interested in the pro version of the AI engine, but I have some questions regarding the features, I just want to make sure it can work the way I understood the description.

    I have an ecommerce site. I want the AI engine to be able to answer questions using FAQ as a reference. I also want it to be able to recommend products. I think there is a feature in the pro version to allow it to be context aware? Is that generally how it works?
